About me
After my graduation in corporate and international law, I worked for 25 years in senior HR-development jobs within (international) organizations such as British Telecom, Tata Steel en Teva pharmaceuticals. My last position as an employee was head of Leadership Development at Schiphol Group. Since 2010 I am self-employed as a Leadership & Career Coach and Consultant. In my practice I combine my experience as a business partner with my extensive training and experience in coaching.
During my personal life and career in- and outside the Netherlands, I have taken some difficult decisions, such a the decision to become an independant coach and consultant. I know that it can be very uncomfortable to change directions. Before doing so, it was helpful to look honoustly at who I am, what my capabilities are, my dreams, values and my limitations.I’ve visualised my life and taken the necessary steps to get where I am now and I can tell that it’s been worth the efforts.
In my spare time I enjoy our family, yoga and tennis, study Italian and a little history of art, spend time in Italy and love reading.
